Wind is still working on growing up in Lincolnville, Maine. With over 20 years experience in mostly local restaurants, Wind has worked in almost every aspect of the industry, from serving to cooking & washing dishes. However, he has most experience behind the bar combining friendly, customer service with creative expression. He has a passion for classic prohibition-era cocktail history as well as the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients to create unique, balanced flavors.

Robert was born in Iowa (go Hawkeyes!) and grew up in the Mid-west, but moved to south Florida in 2005. In 2009, Rob was working as a manager of a paint store when he was dared by his then boss to learn how to make sushi. He started apprenticing at Sushi Yama, in West Palm Beach where he worked as a sushi chef until 2018. Most recently he worked at M/Y Cafe at Rybovich Mega Yacht Marina until moving to Belfast, Maine.
